There are even templates available online. This way even the design programs can be ruled out. In this website I will try to help you on your way to make the website you want to represent you or your business. No more complicated coding, no need to take any lessons anymore.

I would say take a look around and learn. You'll be able to design your own website after you're done surfing this site. The only thing I cannot offer is programs like photoshop(c) or dreamweaver(c) for free. But I hope you can understand that ;-).
